Copper Moon Woodworks was founded in 2003
as the vision and creative work of Ken and Lori Wnek. Copper Moon has been recognized in national publications (Architectural Record) as well as on cable television shows such as This Old House and HGTV’s Curb Appeal.
Since his passing, Ken’s spirit has been kept alive. In addition to the beautiful line of shutters that the company was originally recognized for, Copper Moon Woodworks has evolved into a full service Woodshop and Carpentry Service. This diversification (comprised of several teams) allow us to offer our completely hand crafted products while maintaining the highest level of overall quality. Our business model cuts out the “middle man” and allows you, the customer to deal directly with the craftsman working on your project to make sure your vision is brought to life as you imagined.
In addition to our original custom shutters, we also offer custom built-ins, mantels and many other handcrafted products for your home or business. Our dedicated carpentry team can complete all of your remodeling needs from outside decks and siding to kitchen cabinetry, remodeling and custom handrail installations. Of course, we also offer installation on all products offered in our shop and our legendary shutters.
